Object Description

The saint stands looking off right with his right arm extended and the left hand raised in the opposite direction. The fingers of the left hand are damaged and missing. By his left foot stands a draped nude putto who places his left forefinger to his lips, indicating the vow of silence which caused the saint's martyrdom. The base is inscribed S Joannes Nepomucen.
