Obv.: Inscribed at edge LVDOVIC. XIII D. G. FRANCOR. ET NAVARAE REX (English translation: "Louis the Thirteenth, by the grace of God, King of the French and of Navarre" - as per Pollard, Renaissance Medals, Volume Two, 648-649.) and under bust G.DVPRÉ.
Rev.: Inscribed at edge VT. GENTES. TOLLAT. QVE. PREMAT. QVE (English translation: "So that he may raise up and humble nations" - as per Pollard, Renaissance Medals, Volume Two, 648-649.); in exergue, 1626.
