(Amsterdam, 1867 (active in London between 1887-1901) - 1929)

Worked in London between 1887-1901; many of his drawings were used as illustrations for "The London News" and "The Sketch" during that time. He was most famous as a painter of military pieces, most specifically scenes from the Boer War and the German-French War, depicting soldiers and battles with horses.
