Object Description

Per Fielding Dupuy (4/23/2010): "Painting depicts a scene in a glacial bay of Chile's Admiralty Sound, called Bahia Blanca.  Kent stayed several weeks there, near a small sawmill that has long since been abandoned.  I spent a few days there myself in December and took some shots of the location; two are attached for your information (see surrogates labeled comparison 1 and comparison 2).
