Object Description

399 SCENE ON THE ROAD TO CALVARY
Christ fallen to the ground under the cross, supporting himself on a large stone with his right hand. Saint Veronica kneels in front of him with a kerchief. One soldier pulls at Christ's bonds, another strikes him. Following the group, a troop of soldiers with lances and a flag which, led by a mounted officer, appears from behind a hill.

Lead, 96 x 69 mm. Weak cast, some damage; several holes.
