(Switzerland, 1691 - 1771)

Born in Switzerland, Hedlinger studied medal engraving with W. Krauer in Lucern where he became active at the mint in 1713. In 1717 he visited Saint-Urbain in Nancy and worked with de Launay and Coysevox in Paris.
