British 20th-21st century neurologist, naturalist, and author

Neurologist, naturalist, historian of science, and author; he was the writer for The Island of Rota, which unites the work of the photographer Abelardo Morell, the designer Ted Muehling, and Oliver Sacks in a limited-edition publication that considers the unique natural history of a particular island in Micronesia. The most recent in a series of artist’s books produced by the Library Council of The Museum of Modern Art. Sacks' text is part of his The Island of the Colorblind. Sacks lived and worked in the US.
