Obv. Bust to right, wearing skullcap and cape. Around, PETRVS * ANTONIVS SERASSIVS * BERGOMAS; below, F . CORAZZINI . F .
Rev. Woman, holding in left hand a book inscribed VITA | DEL | TASSO, sits at right on bench with crowned stemma on it. She points to a laureate bust of Serasi at left on an altar with garlands and crowned stemma. Around, PROPAGATORI . PATRIAE . LAVDIS; in exergue, II . VIRI . BERGOM . | AN . MDCCLXXXVI
Bronze, struck, 45 mm.

The medal was ordered by the town of Bergamo to commemorate this biographer of Torquato Tasso.
