Per the Purchase Justification: Cuneiform inscription drawn from comparanda, reading (in English): To Ningirsu, mighty hero of Enlil, Gudea, ruler of Lagash, did the correct thing and made splendid the temple of Ninnu, divine white stormbird, he built it up and restored it.
